Join Valley Public Television/KVPT, the primary PBS station in the Central Valley, as Director, Kern County.  KVPT wishes to continue building its market presence and key relationships in Bakersfield/Kern County.  Collaborate with the CEO, Chief Development Officer, the KVPT Board of Directors, Development Department colleagues, and other departments within KVPT on initiatives related to Kern County.  Report to the Chief Development Officer.

Valley Public Television (KVPT) – Director, Leadership Giving

Join Valley Public Television, the Central Valley’s primary PBS station, as a Director of Leadership Giving. The Director of Leadership Giving will cultivate, solicit and steward major and planned giving donors through proactive outreach including personal contact, special events and written communication.  The primary goal of this position is to significantly increase unrestricted major gift ($1000+) donations, bequests and charitable gift annuities. This position collaborates with the CEO and the KVPT Board of Directors and reports to the Chief Development Officer.
